DELIVERY AND ORDER INFORMATION
Delivery of Your Items
The total delivery process, from the moment you place an order to your items' arrival at your doorstep, may take 2-9 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method selected. You will receive and email that includes your tracking information as soon as your order ships. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Emails About Your Order
After you place an order, you will receive emails containing updates and shipping information.
Below are examples of emails you may receive:
- Order Confirmation Email confirms that we have received and are processing your order.
- Order Notification Email contains your order number and product details.
- Backorder Confirmation Email will be sent if a part of your order was unable to be fulfilled and will contain a revised ship date for items on backorder.
- Shipment Confirmation Email confirms that your order has shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
- Important notice about your order Email may be sent for a few different reasons: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, or cancellation of your order.
- Return Confirmation Email confirms that your return has been received and processed. Product detail and refund information are also included.
Returning an item:
Some items may be returned up to 15 days after delivery date.
Please call 1.800.481.3218 or email us for a Return Authorization Number.
Please send the item(s) as well as a copy of your Invoice back to our return address. Please write your Return Authorization number on the OUTSIDE of the package. Once items are received they will be inspected for any damage and then we will issue you your refund and send a Return Confirmation Email. Return Confirmation Email confirms that your return has been received and processed. Product detail and refund information are also included.
Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us. Please note: Postage and insurance costs, as well your original shipping and handling charges, are not refundable.
- CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
- ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO A 30% RE-STOCKING FEE.
- ITEMS ORDERED ONLINE CANNOT BE RETURNED IN-STORE.
- PLEASE NOTE ALL ITEMS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 15 DAYS OF THE DATE YOU RECEIVE YOUR RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER TO RECEIVE ANY TYPE OF REFUND.
- ITEMS WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER.
Cancellations Due to Order Processing Difficulties:
Under certain circumstances, orders or specific items from an order, are cancelled by our system for various reasons.
If your order or items ordered are cancelled, please expect an email from us, which will include a detailed explanation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. If you would like additional details about why an order or specific items may have been cancelled, please email us.
Changing or Canceling Your Order
After you have placed your order, your order begins to process and we are unable to make any modifications to your order.
If an item on your order has been moved to a backorder status and you would like to make changes, please call us directly at 1-800-481-3218.

Note: E-Gift Cards/Gift Cards will be refunded as first method of payment on all refunds where the order involved use of an E-Gift Card or Gift Card.

- For added security, your billing address must exactly match the address on file at your credit card company. If not, your order shipment may be delayed.

We do not charge sales tax on the purchase of Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards. Items paid for with Gift Cards or E-Gift Cards will be taxed if shipped to addresses in the states listed above.
